About the Mormon Research Funding Database

This database is the culmination of many hours searching and collecting all the funding awards available for students of Mormon Studies. We've now put them into one place so that future researchers can have a greater understanding about the potential money available to them, should they choose to pursue topics related to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Our hope is that by providing a place for researchers and funders to find one another, more family foundations and charitable trusts with LDS board members will consider funding individual research grants.

By helping researchers and academics find funding, we can empower a whole new generation of future church and community leaders (which may have chosen other areas of study in the pursuit of funding) to marry academic inquiry and religious conviction.

The Mormon Research Funding Database was created by Jessica Young, a postgraduate student in London, England.
